It fronts the Tantitha Road which is sealed all but the last 7km to the property.Previously running 2000 Merino ewes with cropping the property is now home to an excellent line of Santa Gertrudis cows and their followers. 'Belmont' soils are predominantly red loams to sandy loams with areas of granite types. It has a timbered hill of approximately 365ha which is fenced. All the cleared country has been contoured ensuring excellent catch to water points.
'Belmont' provides accommodation through a 4 bedroom weatherboard & clad home which has not been lived in since 2019. Some works would be required for it to be habitable.
The working infrastructure includes a substantial set of steel cattle yards erected in 2019. It has a new Stock Pro loading race, crush, draft and personal access gates.
